Solo-Queue - (Private Training)

One-on-one, individual training sessions best for learning a new workout program, individualized and focused coaching, and when accountability, motivation, and close support are most important.

Calisthenics Course -

(Semi-Private Training)

This course is built for men new to fitness who want to feel and move better in their body, have more stamina, and develop whole-body strength without going to a gym, weightlifting, or high-intensity exercise.

Small group training of between 3 - 5 people each with their own training program. If you’re intrinsically motivated, know what you’re doing, and just need the encouragement of a coach nearby to keep an eye on form and take care of progressions and programming, this is for you.

Kettlebell Conditioning -

(Group Training)

Learn the two most important exercises for the kettlebell - a ruthless tool for building manly grip strength, steel-cable forearms, upright back muscles and posture, healthy shoulders, energetic hips, and powerhouse lungs - and overclock your conditioning using anti-glycolytic training protocols.

Group sessions of 7+ people designed to have everyone working on the same training program. Best when simplicity is in order.
