About
“A stronger, healthier You for a higher purpose at any age.”
What does it mean to be “healthier”?
In the words of my shaykh, it means, “taking care to maximize your advantage for the longest period of time by balancing, through your life choices, between five things.”
And for what “purpose”?
He taught us that there are three: living for Allah, staying well, and ‘ibaadah.
We can live for the Divine by growing a heart filled with Allah, that is optimistic about everything. He said, “Whoever has this has 99% of the reason for health - a reason to live and a reason to die.”
Staying well by taking measures to keep ourselves free from pain and illness will be loved and rewarded by Him forever.
Taking care of oneself is ‘ibaadah when accompanied by niyah. He said, “Without niyah things mean nothing, and they don’t have barakah, not in this world or the next. We can make our health have an effect forever.”

“There are five vectors to health, starting with the most important. They intersect, scaffolding and supporting the human being in their pursuit of the Divine.”
